How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who reach Princesswas Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Princesswas Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we linked you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, start by talking to the plumber directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, please let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Princesswas Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@princesswas.world and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
