About Princesswas Plumbing and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Princesswas Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners in Sacramento and the Sacramento area. We help you reach independent local providers when a pipe, drain or sewer line goes wrong. We are not a plumbing company. We do not send anyone to your door, and we do not do the repairs.

Why We Exist

Plumbing problems land on busy households. A leak can start while you are cooking dinner. A backed-up drain can show up on a school morning. Searching for help while stressed leads to rushed choices. We built this service to make that first step calmer and clearer.

How Homeowners Are Matched

You tell us what is going on. You can call, or you can send a request for an estimate. We then point you to an independent provider in our network that serves your area and handles that kind of job. Availability varies by provider, so Request a callback to check who can respond. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Explain the problem in plain words.
  • Give a written quote before major work starts.
  • Hold any licenses or permits their area requires.
  • Respect your home, your schedule and your pets.
  • Answer questions about price, timing and materials.

You should still check a provider's credentials yourself. Ask before you agree to work.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do plumbing work. We do not set prices, and we do not control how long a job takes. We do not decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

Paperwork Helps

Here is a habit we like: shut off, then snap. Stop the water if you can do it safely. Then take photos and short notes before repairs begin. Write down the time, what you saw and what you did. Clear records make estimates easier to compare and insurance talks easier to start.

How the Service Is Paid For

Homeowners pay the provider they hire, based on the quote they agree to. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee to be connected with homeowners. That fee does not change what you owe for the work, and it does not give a provider a say in your decision.

Get Connected

Plan around family. Tell the provider about school runs, work hours and any rooms you need to keep usable. Then ask for an arrival window that fits.
